AERO-FLEX® is a proprietary co-extruded ABS composite plastic developed by Razzi in combination with Bayer Corporation. Specifically developed for the harsh ground effects environment, it has stayed current over the last twenty years being upgraded four times to the latest technologies.

The ABS base (an Acrylinitrile Butadiene Styrene copolymer) is lightweight and has high mechanical strength. The extended formulation makes it very tough and yet flexible. This is why you get a lifetime warranty on the AERO-FLEX® body kits, wings and spoilers.

AERO-FLEX® is easier to paint and install than urethane. It is also stiffer, but with flexibility for toughness.
