Warranties: Your investment is covered with the best Warranty Package in the business. All of our ABS spoilers and body kits by Razzi Ground Effects have a Lifetime Warranty. Fiberglass and Urethane wings and spoilers are warrantied for three years (at least three times longer than industry norm). When you buy anything professionally painted, the paint has a lifetime warranty. Here are details in straight talk: Detailed Warranty Description Returns and Exchanges: First, contact us. Painted or prepped parts are not returnable. Razzi Ground Effects and specialty wings are not returnable. If in doubt, please ask prior to ordering. Returned items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Package and insure all items for their full value. Returns must be sent pre-paid directly to us. Parts returned for reasons other than our error or a defect may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 10 days. Shipping: Shipping charges will be as shown for most orders in the continental United States. In rare cases, a remote location will cause additional charges. We will contact you to get permission before shipping if this is the case. Shipments to addresses outside the continental U.S. will be subject to additional cost. The shipping may show zero on the invoice for international, but this is not the case. Here again, we will contact you for approval once we determine your cost and before we ship. Always inspect your parcel carefully for shipping damage before signing for it. Visible or hidden damage must be reported to the freight company without delay. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight company. Shortages: We take great care to see that everything you ordered is shipped. If you appear to be short a part, please check for small items that may be mixed in with the packaging. Also, check for tears in the box. If this is the case, call the shipping company immediately. If a shortage is our responsibility, we will of course take care of it, but it must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
