Warranty Coverage

  • You are protected with one of the best warranties in the business. If you have any concerns at all, read this. It gives you answers to common questions and tells you things you should consider.


  • ABS products are top of the line and are backed with a Lifetime Warranty. This is especially true for the AeroFlex Composite Razzi Ground Effects uses for their Body Kits. When it is this good, it deserves a Lifetime Warranty.


  • Fiberglass and Urethane products are backed with a Three Year Warranty - Three Times Longer than industry average! When ABS is not available, we offer fiberglass or urethane products. Because we only carry the better pieces, we can give you a better Warranty. Most manufacturers and sellers either give no warranty or one-year on fiberglass. You get Three Years from Factory Wings.


  • LED lights are covered for One-Year. If you know much about electronics you know that, if something is going to fail, it will likely fail within the first year. You get solid protection.


  • If you purchase your Wing, Spoiler, or Body Kit Professionally Painted by Factory Wings, the paint is backed with a Lifetime Warranty. Any material, it doesn't matter.


Common Sense Limitations

  • Everything is warranted to perform satisfactorily when installed properly and under normal operating conditions. Damage caused by abuse, activities such as racing, abnormal weather, and similar are not covered. When it comes to painting, it doesn't include things like abuse, scratches or weather damage.


  • All of our products are sold with the understanding that you have independently determined its suitability prior to installation. Test fit each application prior to paint or prep work for fit and clearance. Although we would like to personally test every single item, we primarily depend on manufacturer information. Once in a great while, they are in error. If the piece is installed when the fit is obviously incorrect, the warranty is void. Of course, if together we determine it is incorrect, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement or take it back and make sure all of your charges are refunded. If you believe you have a fit issue, please contact us. For example, Custom Spoilers are designed to have a certain amount of flex since they fit multiple applications. If you are concerned, give us a call and we will work with you to determine whether it is reasonable. If you want to try a spoiler when we don't show an application for it, you are doing so at your own risk.


  • Install the pieces you buy properly. For an example of what not to do: if you really torque down on a spoiler (like using an electric drill) and pull the studs out or crack it, we're not going to cover it. Use the directions and some common sense and you won't have a problem.


  • We make the final decision on whether something is a warranty item. We know its hard to believe, but there are people that do a poor job of installing or sit on the spoiler or run the car over a high curb or other such things and want it fixed under warranty. Not going to happen. On the other hand, if you have a legitimate issue, you will be amazed how well we will work with you to get it taken care of.


  • In almost all cases, we will require you to send the piece back. Sometimes we will accept pictures and can begin the process ahead of time. Never send anything back until you have communicated with us, we have agreed to it and we have given you a return authorization number. If you did a good job packaging it and and we determine the problem indeed is a warranty item, we will make sure your return shipping charge is refunded (normal delivery shipping cost - not express or overnight). Of course, we will also ship your repaired or replaced piece free of cost. If you throw it in a box with no wrapping so that it rattles around and busts up on the way to us, you're out of luck. Its very rare for someone to be that careless, but there's always one so we have to mention it. Be reasonable and we will treat you like gold.


  • We determine whether to repair or replace a piece covered under warranty. In all cases, Factory Wing's sole liability is for the repair or replacement of the originally purchased part and we are not liable for any consequential or other costs. You're doing aftermarket modifications to your car. This comes with the territory.


  • We require the piece to be on the original car and owned by the original purchaser.


  • Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. Although we package them well, we can not control a shipper that causes damage. If this occurs and you need advice dealing with the shipper, call us and we will tell you how to deal with it. Never accept a shipment when it is obvious the box has gone through serious abuse. When in doubt, examine the contents first. This situation is very rare, but when it does occur, its good to know you have someone you can call.
